During the general assembly held on January 8, 2026, the organizing committee was elected from among online registrants, according to the following criteria:

• Committee members must ensure continuity throughout the organization of the next two editions of the Winter Meeting.
• Gender balance among committee members.
• Maximize representation from institutions across the Mexican Statistical Physics Community.
